I even sketched up some nice forms to possibly move forward with (note the yellow and grey product sketches).
Here are some models that I had originally envisioned for a possible final form-I have since, through trial and error of continually opening and closing these knives, decided that a sideways opening knife-though cool looking-is not the best option for ergonomic and intuitive designing principles: Essentially, it's too hard and uncomfortable to open.
And here I am, literally engulfed in my studio work-just the way I like it.
